I have dedicated the most formative years of my career to AIMS Institute, where I had the privilege of witnessing the growth of healthcare facilities in the heart of Kashmir. I take particular pride in having contributed to the rehabilitation efforts undertaken in the region following the October 2005 earthquake. Establishing and operationalizing the OR complex — and steering it to full functionality — stood as a defining achievement for a young and enthusiastic physician. Subsequently, the hospital earned recognition from both PMDC and CPSP for undergraduate and postgraduate training.
Through this journey, I have come to understand that nothing is beyond reach when it is met with strong teamwork, persuasive communication, genuine devotion to one's profession, and unwavering commitment to it.
